Charge of the Light Brigade (unframed)

October 25, 1854 - The British-French army laying siege tothe Russian fortress of Sevastopol came under heavy attack from the Russian army. Not knowing that the Allied forces had already won the war, General George Bingham launched his troops into a monumental charge against the Russians - leaving 113 dead and 134 wounded. Their courageous charge is forever immortalized in this classic work by the great military painter T. Jones Barker. The Crimean War may have faded into history, but this heroic devotion to duty and epic of courage under fire can never be forgotten. Available while supplies last, each is printed on acid-free artist's paper, using high-quality, fade-resistant inks and precise sheet-fed printing. Image Size: 18-1/2 x 24-3/4 Print Size: 22 x 29.
