US 146th NY Zouave Action Figure

The Zouave uniform was originally an Algerian military fashion adapted by the French army. It was very much in Vogue during the American Civil War and was copied in a number of variations. The 146th NY regiment came into existence later in the war and was comprised of a number of veteran Zouave troops from the famous 5th NY regiment. The regiment proved itself at the bloody Battle of the Wilderness. Twelve-inch figure includes all accessories shown.
